Our client:

A globally recognised entertainment organisation operating across 60+ countries, with a large-scale, modern technology environment.

Their Global Technical Operations team manages a complex identity platform that underpins secure access across the business.

The role:

This is a hands-on identity operations role sitting at the core of a global enterprise environment.

You’ll be working on real-world, large-scale systems; troubleshooting, improving and supporting identity infrastructure across multiple regions, while building toward more advanced cloud, automation and engineering work over time.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support and operate enterprise identity platforms (AD & Entra ID)
  • Troubleshoot authentication and access issues across global systems
  • Work closely with infrastructure teams across AU, UK and US
  • Contribute to ITIL processes (incident, change, problem)
  • Identify opportunities for automation and platform improvement

Skills and experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  • ~4-6 years across infrastructure, identity or systems environments
  • Strong troubleshooting across authentication / IAM issues
  • Experience in enterprise or complex environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:
CyberArk, Saviynt, M365 identity, scripting/automation (Python/PowerShell), interest in security
