We’re seeking a highly skilled Identity Engineer to lead the implementation, support, and continuous enhancement of enterprise identity and access management systems for our client. If you thrive on solving complex security challenges and collaborating with diverse teams to deliver seamless access experiences, this is the opportunity for you!

As an Identity Engineer, you will work at the forefront of security technology, developing and maintaining advanced identity platforms that ensure the client’s systems are protected, compliant, and efficient. Your role will involve integrating cloud and on-premises solutions, automating processes for operational excellence, and contributing to a secure digital environment vital for organizational success.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in enterprise identity solutions, including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and federation technologies

  • Expertise in implementing and supporting hybrid identity environments at scale
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and automation tools
  • Experience with application integration, authentication, and access controls (SSO, MFA, conditional access)
  • Familiarity with certificate management and security best practices
  • Proven troubleshooting and incident resolution abilities
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of other security technologies and protocols
  • Experience with vendor management and cross-team collaboration

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
  • Demonstrated success supporting hybrid identity environments in large-scale enterprises

Other Requirements:

  • NV1 Security Clearance
  • Flexibility to work across geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to adapt to evolving security landscapes
