  • Key skills: Entra ID, Active Directory, AD FS, certificate management, enterprise identity architecture and privileged access management.

This is a strategic architecture role focused on shaping secure, scalable and compliant identity capability across a large enterprise environment. You will help define future-state identity and privileged access management solutions that support modern authentication, stronger governance and long-term cyber resilience.

Your duties will include:

  • Defining target-state identity and privileged access management architecture.
  • Developing standards, patterns and design guidance for identity platforms and delivery teams.
  • Providing architectural oversight and assurance across projects, vendors and internal technical teams.
  • Translating complex identity, access and security concepts into clear decisions and practical delivery guidance.
  • Aligning identity capability with cyber program roadmaps and broader organisational technology goals.
  • Mentoring engineers and internal teams to uplift capability and reduce reliance on external vendors.
  • Supporting secure integration patterns across cloud, enterprise and hybrid technology environments.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale identity solutions.
  • Strong background across Active Directory Domain Services, AD FS, Entra ID / Azure AD and identity management tooling.
  • Significant experience designing federated or hybrid identity environments at enterprise scale.
  • Experience with target-state architecture, migration strategies and integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of certificate management and privileged access management concepts.
  • Experience using automation, scripting, configuration management or policy-as-code to govern identity platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to guide engineers, clients, vendors and senior decision-makers.
