Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain SAP S/4HANA security authorisations and role-based access.
  • Administer SAP GRC Access Control, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation.
  • Manage identity lifecycle processes including joiners, movers and leavers.
  • Configure and support SAP BTP Identity Authentication Services (IAS), Identity Provisioning Services (IPS) and Cloud Identity Services (CIS).
  • Design and improve identity governance, provisioning workflows and access review processes.
  • Perform user access reviews, recertification activities and compliance reporting.
  • Lead the resolution of complex SAP security and identity-related issues.
  • Develop security standards, documentation, policies and best practices.
  • Support audits, compliance initiatives and security investigations.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver secure enterprise solutions.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the security function.

  • Enterprise stakeholder engagement
  • SAP Security Architecture
  • Technical leadership or mentoring experience
