
ICT Support Officer - Contract - Perth

We’re seeking an experienced ICT Support Officer to join a large government organisation on a 5-month contract based in East Perth. This role will focus on reorganising knowledge management sites, refining ICT policies and procedures, and supporting the implementation of a new change management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Reorganise and maintain knowledge management platforms and documentation.
- Refine ICT policies, procedures, and supporting materials.
- Support the rollout of a new change management framework.
- Develop and deliver ICT communication materials and strategies.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- Solid understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with knowledge management tools and platforms such as SharePoint and Teams.
- Ability to develop and deliver clear ICT communications for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
