ICT Project Officer // 12 month contract

We are seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Project Officer to support the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of ICT projects and digital initiatives within a dynamic and community-focused organisation.

About the Role

A key focus of this role includes supporting and delivering website and digital platform projects, along with content management implementation initiatives and broader ICT transformation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of ICT projects and initiatives across software, infrastructure and digital platforms

• Lead project coordination activities across planning, delivery and implementation phases

• Apply consistent project management methodologies, tools and governance frameworks

• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, reports and dashboards

• Monitor project budgets, risks, issues and project performance

Essential Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, Change Management or a related discipline

• Demonstrated experience in ICT project management, including stakeholder negotiations and conflict resolution

• Proven experience delivering website development and digital platform projects (must)

• Experience managing or supporting content management system (CMS) implementation projects

• Experience delivering software and ICT infrastructure projects

• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks
