ICT Delivery Manager | Digital Product & Agile Leadership

  • Location: ACT Only (Hybrid – With flexible working arrangements)
  • Security Clearance: Baseline (Mandatory)
  • Contract Length: Initial engagement to 31 December 2026 + potential extensions to June 2029 (Department discretion)

About the position:

This role sits within a digital technology environment responsible for delivering new product capability through cross-functional agile teams.

You will own operational delivery excellence across two multidisciplinary squads guiding digital product initiatives from early discovery through to implementation and initial support. The scope includes planning cadence, prioritisation discipline, stakeholder engagement, and embedding continuous improvement practices within established governance settings.

This is not a passive coordination role. It requires structured delivery leadership, visible accountability, and confidence operating across both technical teams and senior business stakeholders

What you’ll do:

  • Drive end-to-end delivery across digital product initiatives from ideation to implementation
  • Lead two agile delivery teams comprising developers, business analysts and QA professionals
  • Partner with Product Owners to prioritise and manage pipeline flow
  • Oversee sprint rituals, planning cadence, risk management and budget reporting

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience operating as a Delivery Manager within complex digital environments
  • Strong capability facilitating agile ceremonies and improving team ways-of-working
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and translating delivery risks clearly
  • Ability to demonstrate basic automation capability within digital workflows
