Our client is seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to support their growing logistics business. This newly created role offers the opportunity to partner closely with operational leaders across warehousing and transport operations, helping shape safety culture and establish best-practice HSE processes as the business continues to expand.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on safety professional who enjoys being out in the field, building strong relationships with frontline teams and providing practical safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational leaders across warehousing and transport operations to drive a proactive safety culture.
  • Conduct regular site visits, safety inspections and risk assessments across multiple operational locations.
  • Coach and support leaders in implementing safe work practices and improving HSE performance.
  • Lead incident investigations and support the implementation of effective corrective actions.
  • Provide practical advice on operational risks, including heavy vehicle compliance, traffic management and high-risk activities.
  • Support contractor management and ensure compliance with relevant HSE legislation and company standards.
  • Assist with the development and continuous improvement of HSE systems, processes and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a HSE, WHS or Safety Advisor/Business Partner role within logistics, transport, warehousing or another high-risk operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk management and safety compliance.
  • Experience working directly with frontline operational teams and site leadership.
  • Heavy vehicle or Chain of Responsibility (CoR) experience will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously across multiple sites.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for improving safety outcomes.
