HR Project Officer
We are seeking a proactive HR Project Officer to join a newly established government entity on an initial 3-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a growing organisation while providing critical HR support across a range of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR administrative and project support across a range of people initiatives.
- Assist with workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, and prepare reports.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
- Support change management and organisational development activities as required.
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Officer, HR Coordinator, HR Project Officer, or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience working within Victorian Government, Local Government, or broader public sector environments.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment-related processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
