HR Project Officer
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Project Officer to provide strategic and administrative support within a dynamic People & Capability environment. It is a 3 months contract role.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide high-level support across a range of HR functions, ensuring the smooth coordination of executive, operational and project activities. You will work closely with senior leadership, contributing to the preparation of key documentation and supporting the delivery of HR policies and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support, including briefing and correspondence coordination
- Prepare and quality assure documents, including Cabinet and parliamentary materials
- Support the development, coordination and implementation of HR policies and projects
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and high-quality advice is delivered
- Support records management and maintain SharePoint and document systems
About You
- Experience providing HR support
- Experience developing HR policies
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience supporting senior executives and coordinating complex documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
