
HR Change Analyst
The Role
Our State Government client is seeking an experienced HR Change Analyst to join their team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role will support the HR Change Specialist through a significant transformation program, coordinating consultation activities, preparing stakeholder materials, and ensuring accurate and timely communication.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR Change Specialist in finalising the detailed Consultation Plan
- Coordinate inputs from the Service Model Project Team and develop consultation packs, briefing materials, guides, scripts, and FAQs
- Maintain version control of all published materials and liaise with Change & Communications teams
- Assist with updates to position descriptions, SOPs, work instructions, and role statements
About You
- Experience in HR/IR transformation processes and consultation activities
- Familiarity with clause 11 consultation processes within government
- Proven background in change and communication roles
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
