HR Business Partner
About the Opportunity
Talent is seeking experienced HR Business Partners to join a large, fast-paced organisation in Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven HR professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about stakeholder engagement, change management, and delivering people-focused solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and operational managers to design and implement HR strategies that enable effective business performance. You’ll act as a trusted partner, providing expert advice across the employee lifecycle, driving cultural initiatives, and supporting organisational transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to provide proactive, business-focused HR advice and support.
 - Lead case management processes, including performance, conduct, and grievance matters.
 - Lead your portfolio and team to success with the support of Advisors and Administrators.
 - Design and implement change management initiatives that align with organisational goals.
 - Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and capability development strategies.
 - Coach and mentor line managers to build leadership capability and foster a positive work culture.
 - Drive HR projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
 - Ensure HR practices comply with legislation, company policy, and best-practice standards.
 
About You
You’re a motivated and adaptable HR professional who brings a balance of strategic insight and hands-on delivery. You’re comfortable managing ambiguity and thrive on building relationships that drive positive outcomes. You bring energy, initiative, and a people-first approach to everything you do.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR Consultant or Senior HR Consultant role, ideally within a large and complex organisation.
 - Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities.
 - Solid case management and change management experience.
 - Strong problem-solving, coaching, and influencing skills.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a pragmatic and collaborative approach.
 - Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
 - Local Western Australia HR experience (minimum 1 year).
 - Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
