About the role:

Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Milford’s transformation journey. As a trusted advisor to the Executive team and a driver of enterprise-wide change, you will lead the design and governance of Milford’s strategic programme portfolio.

This is a high-impact, visible role requiring exceptional collaboration with Executives, Project Sponsors, Technology Leaders, and strategic partners.

Your focus:

  • Lead and chair Executive forums to prioritise strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and optimise strategic delivery resources.
  • Translate transformational goals into operational reality
  • Develop and own the strategic road-map for the Transformation Office
  • Champion innovation agility and client-centricity
  • Build and evolve TMO’s capability and operating model.
  • Embed scalable transformation practices across people, processes and technology.

Skills and experience:

  • You are a Senior Technology leader, with a successful track record of building high-performing, cross functional teams.
  • Strong Executive presence, with the ability to effectively engage at Board level.
  • Deep understanding of portfolio governance and strategic delivery.
  • A successful background leading complex business and digital transformation programmes.
  • Commercially astute with a pragmatic, outcomes-driven approach Experience cultivating Agile, innovative and client-focused environments
