We’re looking for a Head of Enterprise Technology to establish and lead the enterprise technology function, drive strategy and delivery, and support major initiatives including ERP implementation and infrastructure uplift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of an enterprise-wide technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Establish and build a fit-for-purpose technology function including service desk, cybersecurity and core enterprise capabilities.
  • Drive end-to-end technology delivery, including ERP implementation and supporting infrastructure build.
  • Provide strategic direction across enterprise architecture, ensuring solutions are aligned to business needs and future growth.
  • Oversee technology operations, ensuring systems are secure, resilient and support continuous operations.
  • Manage vendors, contracts and delivery partners to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and timely outcomes.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience working as a Head of Technology
  • Proven ability to build or uplift technology functions, including service capability and security.
  • Experience working in infrastructure-heavy or operational environments (ports, logistics, utilities, transport or similar) would be beneficial
  • Strong commercial acumen across budgets, vendor management and technology investment decisions.
  • Strong experience across both enterprise architecture and hands-on project delivery (e.g. ERP or similar programs).
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across business and government environments.
