About the Opportunity:

We’re partnering with an established wealth firm to find a Head of Accounting Administration to lead and scale the internal function. This leadership role offers ownership of team operations and P&L management, with the chance to help shape the future of the business. It also comes with a clear path to equity after the first year.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Tax Agent and qualified accountant

  • 7+ years of accounting experience

  • Independent, strategic, and business-minded

  • Comfortable managing your own P&L and leading both onshore and offshore teams

  • Desirable: Experience in SMSF or a keen interest in developing expertise in this area
