About the Role
We’re currently seeking experienced scribe consultants to join the Talent Scribe community and collaborate with our Federal Government clients on various executive recruitment projects. These roles offer flexible working arrangements, including on-site, teleconference, and video conferencing options.

Successful candidates will provide scribing services for upcoming SES level recruitment processes. Responsibilities include accurately transcribe and document key details during interviews, crafting Selection Report templates, gathering referee reports, and delivering high-quality reports promptly.

Your employment will be on a casual basis with competitive compensation: $70 per + superannuation for interview attendance, along with set rates for report writing.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in scribing for the public sector preferred.
  • Knowledge of public sector recruitment processes desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proficiency in active listening and organizational abilities.
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for police and security background checks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Former Executive Level APS or State/Territory government employees with recent policy or technical experience.
  • Familiarity with scribing processes and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently.
  • Technical proficiency with voice recognition software and related tools.
  • Dedication to contributing to the public service through recruitment support.
