Global Tech Support Analyst
Our client:
A globally recognised organisation operating across media, content and entertainment, with a large-scale technology environment supporting teams across more than 60 countries
Their Global Service Desk supports users across multiple regions, delivering high-quality IT support in a fast-paced environment.
The role:
This is a hands-on Global Tech Support role providing front-line IT support across a global user base.
You’ll be troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues across devices, systems and applications, while working closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
This role offers strong exposure to enterprise IT environments and a variety of technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support via phone, email and chat across global users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and access-related issues
- Manage and resolve tickets within agreed timeframes
- Escalate more complex issues to relevant teams
- Support remote users and multiple office locations
- Maintain accurate documentation and update knowledge base
Skills and experience:
- 2+ years experience in IT support or technical customer service roles OR CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting across desktops, devices and applications
- Experience supporting Windows, MacOS, Microsoft Office, Zoom and mobile devices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification
- Experience with ticketing systems / ITIL environments
- Exposure to deskside or AV support
