About the role

As the GFX Delivery Specialist, you will play a key coordination role ensuring GFX (including GFI, GFD, GFE, and GFS) is planned, managed, and delivered in line with program, security, and engineering requirements. You will work closely with engineering teams, accountable authorities, and broader working groups to manage risk, resolve issues, and support evolving program needs.

Your duties will include:

  • Contributing to GFX management plans, procedures, and controls
  • Liaising with accountable authorities responsible for GFX ownership
  • Coordinating with engineering teams to resolve assurance issues across GFX delivery
  • Identifying and escalating risks, issues, and opportunities early in the delivery lifecycle
  • Ensuring compliance with security, export control, IP, and commercial sensitivity requirements
  • Maintaining and managing an accurate GFX Register using approved tools

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience within the ADF Capability Life Cycle
  • Strong background in Government and Defence procurement
  • Proven stakeholder management skills across internal and external parties
  • Experience supporting large, complex acquisition and sustainment programs
  • Prior experience in a GFX or ILS management role
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and process compliance
