Fullstack Developer - React/Node JS - AI Product

• 12 month ongoing contract to start ASAP

Help build AI-powered product experiences that streamline field planning, automate compliance, and simplify contractor invoicing. You will design, prototype, and productionise AI features end-to-end-from UI to data and infrastructure. You’ll work closely with product, design, and operations to ship practical, reliable functionality built on LLMs, embeddings, and strong engineering foundations.

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable services and UIs integrating LLMs, embeddings, and workflow automation
• Prototype and ship AI features for planning, compliance, and invoice validation
• Contribute across the stack: React/TypeScript frontend, Rust/Python services, pgvector DB
• Own quality: testing, observability, performance, and reliability
• Improve developer experience with CI/CD, feature flags, and safe rollout practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Fullstack Developer with exposure to React and Node JS
• Hands-on AI product experience (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt tooling)
• Fluency in Rust, Python, C/C++, and modern React
• Strong API design, data modelling, and Postgres experience
• Pragmatic approach to testing, telemetry, and incident-ready operations

• Experience with vector search (pgvector, FAISS, Pinecone)
• Familiarity with JSON Schema, secure data handling
• Exposure to SAP or Salesforce systems would be beneficial
