Our Client

Our Federal Government client is Australia’s principle revenue collection agency, primarily responsible for administering the federal taxation system and superannuation legislation, as well as managing and delivering a range of Australian government payment and loan schemes.

The Role

This opportunity will see you joining a high-performing technical team responsible for delivering scalable and secure cloud-based applications within a complex enterprise environment. You will contribute to the development of modern full stack solutions, with a strong focus on AWS cloud technologies, containerised applications and emerging AI capabilities.

Your duties will include:

  • Designing and developing full stack applications using Next.js, React and TypeScript
  • Building and maintaining APIs, server-side logic and scalable cloud-native solutions
  • Deploying and managing applications within Amazon EKS environments
  • Supporting DevOps/GitOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
  • Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in Agile delivery environments

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience delivering enterprise full stack applications within AWS cloud environments
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and REST/GraphQL APIs
  • Experience deploying and managing containerised applications within Amazon EKS
  • Strong knowledge of AWS security principles, CI/CD and automation tooling
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams
  • Relevant AWS certifications or experience developing AI-enabled products
