We are currently seeking two skilled Full Stack Developer to join one of our clients in a long-term contract role. The team is known for its friendly, supportive culture and offers flexible working arrangements, including two days working from home each week.

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, well-documented software solutions in an agile environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer with at least 3 years of experience looking to make an impact in a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with business analysts and subject matter experts to define, understand and document business requirements.
  • Design, code and document complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications, using agreed standards and tools, delivering well-engineered results.
  • Identify and manage risks that are likely to affect delivery of system releases.
  • Develop estimates of effort and duration for development tasks, monitor own progress and continually improve estimating accuracy.
  • Report on progress, anomalies, risks and issues associated with allocated development tasks.
  • Contribute technical expertise to requirements analysis to enhance the quality of solution design and to improving solution processes within the organisation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a full stack developer – Spring, Hibernate, HTML, JQuery, Bootstrap, .Net C#, Python, R, React.
  • Knowledge of data storage systems such as Azure Databricks, DB2, SQL, Unix scripting, software configuration management; continuous build and integration tools; and automation tools such as SVN, Bamboo and Crucible.
  • Experience using JIRA in an agile environment.
  • Testing platforms like cypress or equivalent.
  • ETL solutions like SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
  • Knowledge of EBX and related API, SOAP, CXF, JSON etc.
  • Relevant qualification or enough experience in information technology, ICT, IT or related discipline.
