The Role: The Enterprise Manager of Risk & Compliance will be responsible for leading the continued development, implementation and ongoing management of robust and effective risk and compliance frameworks.

The Responsibilities:

  • Lead the continued development and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework – inclusive of Business Resilience processes.
  • Lead the continued development of a risk-based Compliance Framework.
  • Lead the continued development and review of policies and procedures relevant to Risk and Compliance; and support the monitoring, review and understanding of the Approved Authorities Matrix.
  • Engage with Stakeholders at every level to ensure understanding and support for Risk and Compliance frameworks.
  • Provide reports to the Head of Audit and Risk on an ongoing basis and as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 7+ years experience as a Risk and Compliance Manager focused in internal audit, risk management, compliance management, or operations is essential.
  • Proven experience in setting up quarterly reviews and update of operational and enterprise risks, and compliance obligations in line with reporting requirements to the Audit & Risk Committee is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in diverse teams and drive cultural change.
  • Prior experience withing NFP, Agecare or Social Assistance organisations would be strongly encouraged.
