
Executive Manager
The Executive Manager provides high-level executive and strategic support to the client and senior leadership team. This role is pivotal in managing governance, planning, and reporting activities, coordinating key projects, and ensuring the efficient delivery of divisional objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the client and leadership team
- Manage the secretariat function of the Division or Directorate
- Coordinate and manage ministerials, responses, resources, and projects
- Analyse and prepare high-level briefings and advice for the Senior Executive
- Oversee planning, performance, and reporting activities
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across the Division and Department
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience providing executive-level support
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and governance processes
