Executive Assistant (Maternity Leave Cover – 12 Months)
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days WFH
Start Date: 9th March (ideal)
Rate: $56-$60 per hour (inclusive of super)
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join a leading global organisation on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
This role will provide support to 1-2 members of the leadership team. You will be stepping into an established function, with a comprehensive handover provided to ensure a smooth transition. The current EA will work closely with you in your first week to set you up for success.
The Role:
You will provide administrative and coordination support, including:
- Calendar management and meeting coordination
- Travel bookings and itinerary management
- Processing expenses
- Raising purchase orders (POs)
- Coordinating across multiple stakeholder calendars
- Supporting occasional events in collaboration with marketing and external agencies
- Acting as a go-to point for general team queries
The leaders you’ll be supporting are highly self-sufficient and will clearly communicate priorities and requirements. This is a role for someone who is organised, responsive, and confident managing multiple tasks.
About You:
- Previous EA experience is beneficial but not essential
- Strong administrative background highly regarded
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
- Proactive, switched-on, and confident managing competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment
Industry or technical experience is not required – this role is about organisation, communication, and execution.
