This government agency is seeking an a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the organsation and ensure smooth executive operations
You will also contribute to strategic administrative operations by preparing high-quality correspondence, reports, and briefs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficient workflow across the branch.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary, calendar, email, and records management.
  • Meeting coordination, document preparation, and distribution.
  • Action invoices, quotes, and administrative requests.
  • Preparing reports, briefs, and correspondence on complex issues.
  • Supporting contracts, service agreements, and project administration.

Key Skills:

  • MUST HAVE: Recent experience as an Executive Assistant within the Victorian Government
  • MUST HAVE: Valid Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Ability to be adaptable, collaborative, and confident navigating changing priorities.
  • Adaptability: Responds effectively to changing priorities and works well across teams.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and contributes to a cooperative team environment.
  • Manages sensitive interactions with clarity and empathy.
  • Delivers clear, concise, and tailored written and verbal information.
