We have partnered with a large not-for-profit organisation operating a complex enterprise technology environment and delivering a multi-year digital transformation program.

The Environment & Release Manager will play a critical role in coordinating environments and releases across multiple delivery streams to ensure stable, well-governed deployments.

This is a 24-month fixed term contract with possibility for extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate releases across delivery teams
  • Manage environment readiness across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production
  • Coordinate change approvals, deployment windows, and cutovers
  • Identify and manage release risks and dependencies
  • Improve release management processes and documentation

Key Requirements

  • Experience in environment and/or release management roles
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, release, and change management processes
  • Experience working in complex, multi-team delivery environments
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
