Are you an Enterprise Architect who enjoys solving complex business problems, building trusted client relationships, and shaping modern technology strategies?

Our client is a growing technology consultancy partnering with some of the world’s most recognised brands. They are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join their Sydney team, working closely with clients to define technology strategy, modernise digital platforms, and deliver business outcomes.

This is a highly client-facing role where your ability to build relationships is just as important as your technical expertise. You’ll be trusted with ownership from day one, working in an environment that values initiative, collaboration, and accountability over bureaucracy.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
• Lead architecture discussions across digital products, cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, enterprise systems, and data.
• Translate business objectives into scalable, practical technology roadmaps.
• Build strong, long-term relationships across multiple client organisations.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Present technical recommendations confidently to both technical and executive audiences.
• Identify opportunities for modernisation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Principal Architect, or Senior Solution Architect.
• Previous consulting experience is essential.
• Experience within PropTech, property technology, or real estate platforms is essential.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, digital platforms, integrations, APIs, and modern software delivery.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to walk into a new client environment and quickly build credibility.
• A proactive, “can do” attitude with the confidence to challenge ideas and speak up when needed.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments where priorities can change quickly.
• Professional, personable, and highly presentable.
• Passion for keeping up to date with modern technologies and industry trends.
