The Opportunity

My client, an established national ICT / technology services provider, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and grow its NSW enterprise business. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving new customer acquisition, accelerating growth across large enterprise accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team.

You’ll operate across complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments and play a key role in positioning the organisation as a credible challenger within the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and customer relationship management activities across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts in NSW

  • Drive new logo acquisition within targeted enterprise accounts and named prospects

  • Accelerate growth in existing enterprise customers through cross-sell and up-sell of ICT, connectivity and services solutions

  • Retain and grow newly acquired customers, transitioning them into long-term strategic account relationships

  • Identify and develop high-potential enterprise accounts into strategic accounts

  • Own revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and execution of complex enterprise sales programs

  • Develop and execute territory, account, and opportunity plans aligned to enterprise strategy

  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships to support large, strategic opportunities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead a team of approximately 7 sales professionals (Account Managers and Business Development Managers)

  • Ensure effective territory planning, account allocation, and partner engagement models

  • Coach, develop and performance-manage sales leaders and individual contributors

  • Implement consistent sales methodologies, processes, and governance

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution specialists, architects, service delivery, and consulting teams

Key skills we are looking for

  • Proven experience leading enterprise sales teams within ICT, telco, cloud, or technology services

  • Strong background in enterprise new business acquisition and complex deal execution

  • Demonstrated success selling to C-suite and senior stakeholders

  • Track record of building and executing strategic account and territory plans

  • Confident, credible sales leader able to operate in a challenger-brand environment

  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on customer outcomes and long-term value
