The Role

This role sits within a high-performing program environment, providing specialist risk expertise across enterprise-level initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping risk frameworks, supporting governance, and ensuring effective risk management practices are embedded across projects.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing risk advisory support across programs and projects
  • Facilitating risk identification, analysis, and review activities
  • Maintaining and improving risk registers and data integrity
  • Delivering reporting, audit support, and compliance activities
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support risk outcomes

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Strong experience in enterprise or program-level risk management
  • Proven ability working with structured risk frameworks and plans
  • Experience managing risk registers and control assessments
  • Ability to deliver clear reporting and stakeholder presentations
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance, and governance processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work in complex, multi-project environments
