Opportunity knocks:

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect or Programme Architect to support a major transformation programme improving services across multiple channels, systems and teams.

You’ll shape the ICT target-state architecture, align decisions across workstreams, manage dependencies and risks, and help develop a practical delivery roadmap.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop the programme’s target-state architecture.
  • Provide architectural guidance across design and delivery.
  • Manage architecture governance and decision records.
  • Identify dependencies, constraints, risks and trade-offs.
  • Support roadmap sequencing and delivery planning.
  • Partner with programme, business and technology stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

  • Enterprise or Programme Architecture experience across complex transformations.
  • Strong target-state architecture and roadmap development experience.
  • Experience across CRM, integration, Azure/cloud, identity, data, AI or digital channels.
  • Strong architecture governance and design authority experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to bring structure and clarity to evolving environments.
  • Experience with service transformation programmes and Dynamics 365 would be highly regarded.
