We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to play a pivotal role in a major enterprise transformation program. This newly created position will provide architectural leadership across multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring solutions are integrated, scalable, and aligned with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-wide architectural leadership across a major transformation program.
- Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, integration risks, and design conflicts.
- Develop architecture principles, governance frameworks, and decision-making processes.
- Produce executive-level options analyses, impact assessments, and architectural recommendations.
- Review solution designs to ensure scalability, security, interoperability, and operational sustainability.
Key Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect, Lead Architect, or similar senior architecture role.
- Proven success supporting large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
- Strong expertise across business, application, integration, data, and technology architecture domains.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly assess complex environments and identify strategic risks and opportunities.
- Experience producing high-quality executive decision papers, recommendations, and governance artefacts.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior executives and external vendors.
