About the role

This role supports a modern, evolving digital workplace and plays a key part in ensuring staff can work productively and securely. As an End User Support Analyst, you will provide hands-on technical support across a broad end user environment while contributing to ongoing technology uplift initiatives, including cloud adoption and security enhancements. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, and being part of a collaborative IT team.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining end user devices and applications
  • Supporting device imaging, patching, upgrades, and standard software deployments
  • Assisting with Microsoft 365 optimisation, Azure integration, and endpoint security initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate IT asset records and supporting compliance with policies

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in desktop support or end user technology roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD
  • Experience with endpoint management, patching, and device deployment
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service desk environments
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Relevant IT certification or qualification (preferred)
