As a vital link to their 200-strong workforce, you’ll partner directly with senior leadership, such as the CEO and Programme Lead, to drive impactful people initiatives and ensure organizational alignment. Required Skills:

• 3-4+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner/Advisor role.
• Proven track record of working effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to operate with autonomy, show initiative, and navigate a fast-paced work environment.
• Approachable and personable, with a talent for building trust quickly.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a SaaS or mid-sized organization (100-200 employees).
• Familiarity with organizational change, integrations, or similar organizational transitions.
• Creativity in developing employee engagement and value proposition initiatives.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an integration or organizational change role is highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

• Capability to adapt to a hybrid working model, with a commitment to three days in the office in Auckland CBD.
• The contract duration is 3 months, with the potential to extend or go permanent based on business needs.
