Employee Relations Specialist
This global consulting organisation is seeking Employee Relations & Policy professionals to play a critical role in shaping employee relations strategy, leading complex matters, and strengthening policy frameworks across the region.
This is a high-impact role where you will act as the trusted ER authority across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll partner closely with HR leaders, executives, and global teams to navigate complex employee matters, lead investigations, and drive policy excellence.
You’ll also have the opportunity to lead strategic ER initiatives, uplift capability across the business, and contribute to continuous improvement in how we support our people.
Key activities
- Act as the ER authority across Australia & New Zealand
- Lead complex, high-risk employee relations matters
- Oversee workplace investigations end-to-end
- Drive policy governance, updates, and compliance
- Deliver insights, strategy, and capability uplift across HR
Skills and experience
- Strong background in Employee Relations
- Deep knowledge of Australian & New Zealand employment law
- Proven track record managing high-risk, complex ER matters
- Strong experience in investigations, policy development, and governance
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives
- Experience leading change and transformation initiatives
