  • Advanced Microsoft Project skills and extensive master scheduling experience within complex program environments required

We are seeking a highly experienced Master Scheduler to provide scheduling leadership across a significant portfolio of interdependent projects and programs. This role will establish and maintain the integrated master schedule, providing critical insights into dependencies, sequencing, delivery confidence and strategic alignment to support senior executive decision-making.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule across multiple projects and programs
  • Identifying, analysing and managing critical dependencies and delivery impacts
  • Performing schedule analysis including critical path, float and scenario modelling
  • Providing schedule-driven reporting, insights and executive-level dashboards
  • Ensuring schedule integrity, data quality, version control and audit readiness
  • Supporting PMO and project teams to improve scheduling and dependency management capability

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Master Scheduler within complex, multi-program environments
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Project or equivalent enterprise scheduling tools
  • Strong expertise in dependency management, critical path analysis and schedule risk management
  • Experience operating within PMO, portfolio or enterprise delivery environments
  • Ability to translate complex scheduling information into executive-level insights
  • Experience within government, regulated or large-scale transformation environments
