Salary: $162,338-$184,186 p.a, including 15.4% superannuation

Talent International is partnering exclusively with the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia to recruit an exceptional Director – AI Innovation & Transformation to lead the Court’s AI Transformation Program.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across Australia’s largest federal court. You’ll lead nationally significant initiatives that improve access to justice, enhance service delivery, strengthen operational efficiency and deliver better outcomes for court users through safe, ethical and human-centred AI.

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Registrar, judicial officers, senior executives and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll provide strategic leadership to deliver the Court’s AI vision. Initial priorities include implementing a multilingual AI chatbot to support court users and leading AI-enabled automation of high-volume migration processes.

We’re seeking an accomplished leader with experience delivering enterprise digital or AI transformation, building trusted stakeholder relationships and translating strategy into practical, measurable outcomes within complex or highly regulated environments.
