EL1 Salesforce Functional Consultant

As an EL1 Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will be essential in designing and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions tailored to meet strategic organizational goals. Your expertise will help create more efficient processes and enhance stakeholder engagement.

What You Will Do:

Utilize your skills in business analysis, design, and agile collaboration to configure Salesforce platforms, including Communities, Health Cloud, and Service Cloud. You will assess business needs, translate requirements into detailed user stories, lead application solution design, and manage end-to-end configuration and deployment. Working with diverse stakeholders, you will facilitate workshops and ensure solutions are aligned with project objectives, all within an agile environment focused on delivering impactful digital solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Certified Salesforce Admin 201
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities
  • Strong expertise in business process mapping and re-engineering for B2C & B2B service processes
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops with senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders
  • Experience delivering systems in Agile or similar methodologies
  • Ability to create and refine user stories, structure epics, and lead functional solution design

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of complex government or insurance schemes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for accessible and innovative digital solutions

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or related fields
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation projects within government or healthcare sectors

  • Effective communicator, capable of engaging with senior leadership
