EL1 Project Coordinator / Manager

  • Project delivery, governance, stakeholder engagement and transformation program experience essential

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Project Coordinator / Manager to contribute to a high-profile national program. Working within a complex delivery environment, you will be responsible for driving project outcomes, maintaining governance disciplines and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to strategic objectives.

Your duties will include:

  • Leading project planning, delivery and execution activities across assigned workstreams
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, plans and delivery artefacts
  • Managing risks, issues, dependencies and change processes
  • Preparing executive reports, governance papers and delivery updates
  • Coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams and delivery streams
  • Supporting governance forums and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects or programs within large organisations
  • Strong project governance and reporting capabilities
  • Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies and change controls
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
  • Experience working within government or large-scale transformation environments
