EL1 Program Planner / Scheduler

  • Experience with integrated planning, scheduling, dependency management and enterprise scheduling tools essential

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Program Planner / Scheduler to support a large-scale national transformation program. Working within a complex multi-stream environment, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining integrated schedules, identifying dependencies and delivery risks, and providing the insights needed to support executive decision-making and program success.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining integrated program schedules across multiple delivery streams
  • Identifying critical path activities, dependencies, risks and schedule impacts
  • Coordinating planning cycles, workshops and schedule updates
  • Providing schedule reporting, delivery insights and performance analysis
  • Supporting executive reporting and governance activities
  • Leading planning capability uplift and promoting consistency across planning practices

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in integrated planning and scheduling within complex programs
  • Strong knowledge of dependency, risk and critical path management
  • Experience using enterprise scheduling tools such as MS Project or similar
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
  • Experience working within government, transformation or large-scale delivery environments
