Full-time | Sydney CBD (Hybrid/Flexible Working)

Salary: $140,505 – $153,150 (inclusive of 15.4% superannuation)

Talent International is partnering exclusively with the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia to recruit an experienced Court AI Technologist to help deliver the Court’s AI transformation agenda.

This is an exciting opportunity to design, develop and implement secure, accessible and user-centred AI solutions that improve service delivery and support access to justice across Australia.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative AI solutions, including multilingual chatbots, Microsoft Copilot AI Agents and workflow automation that enhance the experience of court users while reducing administrative burden for staff.

We’re looking for a technology professional with experience delivering enterprise AI solutions, conversational AI, workflow automation, Microsoft Copilot AI Agents or similar AI technologies, and a passion for applying AI responsibly to solve real-world challenges.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design, develop and deploy AI-enabled solutions that improve court services and operational efficiency.
  • Build and support Microsoft Copilot AI Agents, AI chatbots and workflow automation solutions.
  • Integrate AI technologies with enterprise systems and existing business processes.
  • Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, accessible and aligned with governance, privacy and security requirements.
  • Collaborate with operational teams, technical specialists and external partners to deliver practical AI solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to the Court’s ongoing AI capability and innovation.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience designing, developing or supporting enterprise AI solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot AI Agents, chatbot platforms, workflow automation or comparable AI technologies.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and systems integration skills.
  • Experience translating business requirements into practical, user-centred technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for innovation.
