The Role: This Government Authority is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop and implement CRM solutions to enhance a digital CMS platform.

The Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions, workflows, and customizations based on business requirements.
  • Customize CRM fields, views, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Extend CRM capabilities by developing custom plugins, APIs, and integrations.
  • Integrate CRM with other enterprise applications to create seamless workflows across systems.
  • Monitor CRM system performance and implement optimization practices to enhance system efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 6+ years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer delivering on digital or CMS projects.
  • Proficiency in CRM development languages and tools (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL).
  • Strong experience with CRM APIs, plugins, workflows and data management and integration techniques, including ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Prior experience working within the Public Sector is desirable.
