The role
This Government agency is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist who will be responsible for developing, customising, configuring, implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop enhancements for our applications build on the Dynamics CRM 365 platform
  • Perform upgrades to Dynamics CRM 365, including remediating any issues discovered
  • Perform day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of the Dynamics CRM 365 instances
  • Communicate system design and validate proposed solutions with the business
  • Develop and maintain system integrations using Microsoft Flow and other systems

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience working as a CRM Dynamics Specialist
  • Demonstrated experience in designing technical solutions using Dynamics 365
  • Demonstrated leadership of technical and application development initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience working with Azure DevOps
  • A collaborative and team orientated approach.
