The Dynamics 365 CE Functional Analyst is responsible for configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Power Platform components to deliver the project. This role focuses on implementing approved functional specifications through configuration and leveraging out-of-the-box features and low-code tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform components to deliver a compliant, efficient case management solution.
  • Create workflows and processes using built-in Process Designer to automate actions.
  • Ensure data migration and integration with other systems runs smoothly.
  • Configure dashboards and reports using built-in tools and Power BI.
  • Ensure solutions meet organisational standards and security compliance.
  • Document configurations and changes for audit and governance.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years configuring Dynamics 365 CE as a Functional Analyst or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of D365 CE and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Azure AD).
  • Experience supporting data migration, integration and custome extension development.
  • Basic knowledge of security roles, solutions, and deployment process.
  • Basic understanding od Dataverse and data modelling.
  • Experience working in an Agile Delivery project.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with ALM practices for Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of Azure services and Microsoft ecosystem integration including Entra ID.
  • Experience supporting SIT/UAT and release management.
  • Basic programming kowledge (C#, JavaScript)
  • Exposure to Power Pages to support configuration.
