Digital Solutions Delivery Lead

Talent International is partnering with a large, complex organisation seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Delivery Lead to shape and deliver enterprise-wide digital initiatives that improve operational performance, customer experience, and strategic decision-making.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, business strategy, governance, and project delivery. You’ll lead the prioritisation, planning and delivery of digital initiatives while partnering with executive stakeholders to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.
About the Role
Reporting into a senior digital leader, you’ll be responsible for leading the organisation’s digital delivery function, driving technology-enabled transformation across business operations.
You’ll work closely with business leaders, ICT teams and external partners to identify opportunities, develop robust business cases, oversee complex delivery programs and ensure digital investments align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Develop compelling business cases supporting technology investment decisions
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, data and digital capabilities
- Lead multiple complex ICT projects from concept through to operational handover
- Manage budgets, procurement activities and supplier relationships
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to prioritise technology initiatives
- Establish governance, reporting and performance frameworks
- Identify emerging technologies and recommend innovative business solutions
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams using Agile and Lean delivery approaches
- Manage digital risks, dependencies and organisational change initiatives
About You
You’ll be an experienced technology delivery leader who understands how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You’ll bring:
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise ICT or digital transformation programs
- Strong business case development and investment governance experience
- Proven success leading complex technology projects and portfolios
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
- Experience managing vendors, commercial agreements and procurement processes
- Strong understanding of digital strategy, information systems and data governance
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and modern project management practices
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change
Desirable
- Degree in Information Technology, Business or related discipline
- Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or similar)
- ITIL knowledge or certification
- Experience within government, utilities or other large complex organisations
- Change Management experience (PROSCI highly regarded)
