What makes you special…
- 6-8 years of experience in product design, especially within SaaS environments
- Strong UX research skills, including user interviews and ethnographic research
- Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, stakeholder collaboration, and iterative design processes from concept to launch
- Expertise in wireframing, user flows, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in Figma for UI design and creating component libraries
- Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate and advocate for design decisions to diverse stakeholders
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams (product, engineering, leadership)
