
Digital Officer

You’ll play a vital role in enabling high-quality business technology services and supporting the organisation’s mission to deliver impactful outcomes across Australia.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with CRM data cleansing and managing subscription inboxes and mail returns
- Creating and distributing communication materials (EDMs) via the CRM system
- Supporting website updates and liaising with suppliers to coordinate digital outputs
- Collaborating with the CRM Manager and Digital Manager on specific digital projects
- Contributing to the delivery of the Digital Strategy 2022-26
- Coordinating training and system improvements with external suppliers
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting digital projects, particularly in CRM data management and content distribution
- Proven ability to create, distribute, and manage communication materials using CRM systems
- Experience in website management, including updates and supplier coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to deliver strategic outcomes
- A track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
