Are you passionate about creating seamless digital experiences that resonate with customers? Our client is on the lookout for a talented Digital Experience Designer to join their newly created customer design team.

This hybrid role is pivotal in transforming how customers interact with the brand across various digital touch points. As a bridge between innovative design and hands-on execution, you’ll play a critical role in crafting and implementing high-quality user experiences for the website, customer portal, mobile app, and more.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 year’s experience in UX/UI or front-end development, preferably in financial services, SaaS, or digital marketing
  • Strong practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore)
  • Proficient in responsive design and front-end accessibility standards
  • Familiarity using Figma (or similar) for creating user interfaces and prototypes
  • Ability to optimise layouts for desktop and mobile while ensuring visual consistency
  • Understanding of UX testing techniques and iterative improvement processes

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
  • Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams
  • Basic graphic editing or animation skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects)
  • Previous experience in the financial services sector

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Digital Design, Front-End Development, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or relevant practical experience
