As a Digital Business Partner, you will support Portfolio Excellence through improved digital demand management, governance and ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management. Working closely with digital teams and business stakeholders, you will help embed portfolio processes, deliver actionable insights and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the embedment and continuous improvement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
  • Support the development and maturity of portfolio management models and governance processes.
  • Analyse demand and delivery data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with business and digital stakeholders to improve portfolio processes and reporting.
  • Support demand intake, prioritisation and delivery activities.
  • Develop and update standards, templates, guidance and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with digital teams to implement process improvements.
  • Promote the adoption of improved portfolio practices and governance.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital delivery, portfolio management, demand management or business transformation.
  • Experience working with governance, standards, process documentation and portfolio improvement initiatives.
  • Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management or a comparable portfolio management platform is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and build credibility with stakeholders.
