We’re looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer with a current NZ security clearance to work on exciting new projects in the Defence sector.

This is an initial 6-month hourly rate contract, supporting the establishment of new security projects. You’ll bring strong technical capability and the ability to add value quickly.

Key experience and skills:

  • Experience working within SAFe Agile delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of security fundamentals
  • Experience with cloud platforms (ideally Azure) and containerised environments
  • Solid DevOps knowledge, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation workflows
  • Programming capability to support automation and collaboration with development teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to design solutions alongside project teams
  • Adaptable mindset, with the ability to work across evolving teams and ways of working

This is a full-time hourly rate contract (37.5 hours per week), with some flexibility available if required.
