We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to support a Windows 11 deployment within a Victorian Government environment. This role will provide hands-on technical support to end users while assisting with device rollout, configuration and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and rollout of Windows 11 devices.
  • Configure, enrol and manage devices through Microsoft Intune.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, application and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain accurate deployment records, asset information and support documentation.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated desktop support experience in a large enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 11 deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and device management.
  • Previous Victorian Government experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
